Free group walks led by trained walk leaders. Each walk last approximately 45 minutes and starts from a different location each week.

The wheelchair service assesses people’s need and prescribes wheelchairs. They also provide advice on posture (how to sit and move about), and can help to adjust and repair wheelchairs.

Offer friendship, support and advice to families who have a child or young person with a disability. Organise events and opportunities to socialise.

An evening social drop in for mental health service users experiencing a severe and enduring mental health condition. This service is run by the Recovery and Rehabilitation Team. You need to be referred to this by Mental Health Services.

A body of persons formed to promote adult education in the area of music, language, art, health, economics, local studies, gardening, pre-retirement, travel, photography, literature and yoga. Any other subject matter considered.
